Samsung a12 audio loss on earpiece and *****piece.


Good morning everyone. I have problem with a Samsung a12. About a week ago i suddenly observed I lost audio on both microphone and ear piece. My receiver can't hear me neither can i hear them except i put it on speaker before i could hear them. I plugged a handsfree into the jack but it is not working either. I can only make calls through a Bluetooth hands free now. I have teied so.many solutions, but problem persist. Can anyone help?

Have you checked if there is any failure in the flat cable or in the fpc connector, you can measure the power supply in the sectors where there are failures and post the result

Thanks. I haven't. The problem is that, I can't even use hands free on the phone. The only means for communication now is through Bluetooth hands free. I am suspecting a component is responsible in freezing voice communication via the phone. How will I measure the power going on it the fpc?
