Please help - wierd screen - d500 - white screen - GSM-Forum

Hey guys i have a d500 with a white screen when i turn it on, i have read up a few things like entering some reset codes this does help but only a little bit. After entering some codes my screen has came on but my screen is back to front. / upside down.
My phone is working fine apart from the screen i can hear the on and off sound and can call people but my screen is just going wierd thanks.

At the moment my screen is back to front, upside down- but everytime i turn it off it goes back to a white screen, Please help thanks

I don't have a D500, but it sounds like you're problem is in the flex cable. You might want to read up on it in this forum. It involves taking the phone apart and replacing a cable (can buy them cheap off ebay) but it does void your warranty. I recommend taking it back to where you bought it from and suggest they repair under warranty.

TO solve that problems just change the flex cable.
