I9100 Charging paused. Volatage too high - GSM-Forum

Hi, Got a Samsung I9100, all of a sudden saying charging paused. Voltage too high even if i disconnect from the charger, but when I connect with the charger it charging. Any idea how to solve this?

Samething happening with couple of D710(Galaxy S2/Sprint)
put in new battery, still the same.
I'm thinking it's either the charging port, or the firmware possible.
hope it helps, if i find more about it ill give you heads up
