i have samsung g360t1 from MetroPCS usa no 3g data but 2g data working good .

my question is possible to change band g3 usa to band 3g europa

and this problem hardware or software

It wouldnt be hardware...can be software or region that the phone is being used..maybe 3g band is not supported on your network from that carrier....what you could do is try and change the band to 3g and try..use this shortcut code *#2263#
