Hi, there

i tried to unlock my SAMSUNG Z500V using unlock code which i fund on the web, but the code didn't work at all. also my phone been locked, on the screen shows "phone freeze SIM unavaiable, please inquire to service provider" , what should i do ? can anybody help? it was just been deliveried 2 days ago.............

easy... just use winimei or qualcomm service software and follow the method described to unlock z500.. It will take care of phone freeze also.

Did you try using codes newly? It worked fine for me.
