Problem with the drivers at windows 7 Porfessional
 

I'm getting some trouble installing modem drivers for flashing

I got an error like:

This device do not work correctly as windows it's not able to load the required drivers for this device (Code 31)

I have tried with many drivers around the net. Any help will be welcome
