S8500 and Qualcomm Tools

Someone tried to connect with:
QPST, QXDM and so on?

If success, how to activate Diag Port?

Thanx in advance.

As Application Processor... so it is the SECOND CPU.

The first is Qualcomm QSC6270 for "Basic Processes"...

Yes, it is possible:
1.
Change via hidden menu...

2.
Then S8500 asks for these Driver:
Qualcomm CDMA Technologies MSM

Install them...

3.
Then you have access to QC Tools like QPST, QXDM...

4.
Hmm, maybe I need Security Password... I will look into amss.

Best regards

NV item 10071 is for instance Product Code/Product Name.

I changed as short Test:
GT-S8500BAADBT

Into something else. It seems it is not writeprotected.

Not tested yet if Kies accept it for Updates.

Best Regards
