1- flash cobination file of your version phone u1 or u2, only flash from combination file, files "system,aboot,boot,recovery." Active usb debugging afther flash this files from combination.

2-then flash only "system,aboot,boot,recovery.", from your real software before combination file, afther flash !!!!!!very important to not touch on phone device even touch screen to wake up device.

3-then open smart switch and backup all your data.Afther all backup done....

4-reset phone all possibel locks, frp and so on with z3x or other dongle.

5-then last step restore your all data again with smartswitch.

working on android version 4.4.2 of sm-g900f bit u2
