E160L : "security policy restrict use of camera" - GSM-Forum

I have one E160L problems with camera . When i turn on Camera . it say " : " security policy restrict use of camera " . After Hard reset of Flashing , it still problem . Anyone ever seen this before can fix this problem ? Please help me . thank you so much .
