thats all ? would this flash the phone ?

my z650i gets deteced on comport 15

i try to flash it but :

Download start

and after 13 seconds i get this error:
ERR: Unlock

my bad for not making phone into Boot mode ...

phone showed it flashed fine but it didnt flash at all

i still have 02 Logo and software version remaind the same ( z650BWFK2 )

any ideas ?

my bad again

flash file is same version as in phone ... so this phone has hardware problem it wasnt software ( very low signal )

Hi, Got Samsung Z650i was boot mode, After I flashed with [M6275]U-Medic_v1[1].3.exe and file: Z650BWFK2_GC1.zip set became ok, but if some one called shows unknown caller, even the number is saved in the phone. But after I received the call than shows the number. This is the 1st time I got this type of problem. Please help.
