i am to confused as i tried to flash 6235 and 3155 many times but every time it shows error. 6100 cable can read the phone but not able to flash the phone.

use dku-2 with phoenix black-box,advance flash

Perhaps you should carefully check you cable pins. they are actually connected. because i did everything as you did it works good.

Check PCB connector and cables pins.
I made it even with 4 pin only.
