1. what did u want to do, flashing or backup ur user data?
2. if u want to flash thant use *+5+on/off to boot into download mode
then flash it. Just Remember u must use the correct version/type of the phone
3. if u want to backup user data try restarting the computer, some time will connect in off line mode
