Thanks bro!! i made it but Why everything are grayed out ( i mean all the buttons are NOT active) any dea? and I tried *5+ON / OFF buttons and the solfware is still inactive, i made sure the internet connection is on. but seems to be it doesnt going right. u know what i mean?

but why everything are grayed out ( i mean all the buttons are NOT active) any dea? and I tried *5+ON / OFF buttons and the solfware is still inactive, i am trying to unlock a nk 2505 ( user code ) . after i enter the name / pass it shows two options: one is selete active phone ( which is grayed out ) the another one is offline, so i have to use offline mode. when it's in offline mode nothing seems is working! plz help!!!

try to connect it first then open the program
if not
open the program then connect the phone
the same happen to me, after trying a a few times it get work
i jut try, open the program, enter name and password, then connect the phone *+5 togle pwr (in the little window will apear the phone "COM 1 RM-307 bla bla bla"), press OK, the program opens in Bundle Flashing, click in the second buttom "Bundle File path", select you file from directory, The program wil recognize it, puting each file un their windows (automatically), Aplication Code, Language Pack, File system, then press Update, now the program will work, don`t move the phone until it finish. Hope it help you...

Be sure your battery is fully charged, be sure you`re using the coorect cablle, just follow instructions, there`s is no trick, jus follow instructions, *+5 then pwr to connect phone, maybe you have to press more time pwr (try in diferents times).
