Problem in security code unlock of 2505,,help - GSM-Forum

Sir my 2505 connect in dm mode to ccs3 tool but just flashing option highlight. I can't click on user data option.

How can i do it. Im using ccs12r033 version.

I M NOT ABLE CONNECT IN NORMAL MODE TO THIS TOOL.

PLZ HELP & THANX IN ADVANCE
