box detection failed smartcard not found
 

i bought ustpro2 and i used it for almost a month only coz suddenly my box failed to detect with smartcard not found.. as of now my box is still with my reseller for almost 3 months, my friend as me about good tool for samsung i told him to buy ustpro2 coz it has a lot of supported phones and good support, then after a month of using he got this problem too..

what was the real problem of this tool?
how to avoid this problem?

till now i dont have my box my reseller told me that he brought it back to his reseller for warranty repair.

hoping someone can give answer for this..
