U700/L760 - possible to flash after unlock? - GSM-Forum

What kind of flash patch method is used:
1. Firmware must stay patched to boot the phone with any SIM
or
2. The patched firmware is just used to unlock the phone, after unlocking phone is permanently unlocked and can be flashed to whatever you like.

If #1 - what languages is inside the patched flash?
If #2 - is it possible to read firmware currently on phone, and restore that after, so that languages remain? (and possible all user data also?)

with this patch you need to keep your patch, we tested it on u700, and after flashing a new file you get your lock back

we have tested the fone by flashing other firmware after the unlock ..it remains unlocked

2.yes
3. lp number is 27 .. so all possible euro lp are inside
4. dont listen to others .. most of them are lickers from other product
