to rebuild imei for e600 select e710 and voila 100%
for e800 select e700.i don't test this one but no harm if u tried.

i am not rookie at all, but i dont see what is the use of getting new imei on yr phone

gueanty not valid anymore. I have heard some rumours that they change it because of illigal achievement of phone

some times you have to change IMEI like after a full flash from repairing a software bug or else u can just return the handset to your client saying sorry you cannot fix it

And yes plenty people change the IMEI to un-blacklist the handset
