E635 how to read password on USTpro, I tried but ustpro cant detect phone
 

Hello every one, is any of you can help me how to take out this password from Samsung E635, coz USTpro cannot detect it i tried it for so many times the battery charge when I insert the cable (I use D500) but when I press read codes on USTpro it won't connect and try to unlock it too but same result it won't connect with USTpro. thank in advance who ever can help me
