F400 successfull unlock with ustpro-II
 

Down load latest exe from support area and follow the steps:

1- phone should be power on
2- use E210 RJ45+USB cable (uni) , (no need to connect usb use only rj45)
3- take F400 model from list
4- Use "Fast Direct Unloc" funtion

phone will be unlock permanently
