ust-pro 2 installation big problm

hi i try to ,insall my ust pro in a new pc there is not any dongle here only my ust pro i show new hard ware installed and ready to work. but wen i excute SN reader (box not dtected).and in perepherique management i show this betwen circle please help me to solve my problm

use always fresh OS
then install

1st install ustpro drivers
2nd restart pc

3rd connect ust pro2 box ask driver select this folder C:\Program Files\UST Pro 2\Drivers drivers install perfectly then restart pc

4rth reconnect ustpro2 box and run ustpro2 software

thats all

TRY= uninstall and reeinstall all drivers...unsucsses, format ur pc....unsucsess, format again and change windows version.

ust drivers r full of bugs.

run driver setup again and change UST comports number between 1 to 12

hi sir always the same problm box not detect and i show unknwon perepherique???but all drivers are ok like the pictures
