Its a buggy soft bro, try to select d800 or all model as X836 and c what will happen.

I tryed by selecting D800 but doesnt work aswell, please give us some solution to unlock this phone UST team.

it must be unlocked as x830, it direct unlock not works, uncheck lock to and press set network locks...u may need to enter #0111*00000000# after unlocking..by the way show exact status of unlock

Ok, i did exactly has you said, when i clicked on set network locks, just got this log:

Reading data from box...
Activating test mode...
Test mode activated OK!
IMEI : 355251-01-003558
Setting locks...

And then lights on box stops blinking, any of them blink anymore and phone restarts and nothing happens, and if i click on direct unlock after that i get this error:

Reading data from box...
Error : 0x208005Elapsed Time (00:00)

And if i click again in set network locks, soft just closes himself.

So simply is not possible yet with ustpro2??

I forgot to say that this phone was bringed from Mexico, customer bought at Movistar Mexico and dont know if this could be a problem, but please need urgent support for this phone, have 20 pcs. to unlock

Simply, this model is not supported yet. as you can`t see in the list.

Used V4.50b, selected model X830, direct unlock = operation succesful.
Now, how is it possible that an older installer version unlocks newer phones, then new installer is full buggy, it`s not the only model this happens with. Try to work harder UST team!

Yes with old 4.50 fully tested and 100% work X836 unlocked selecting X830 and direct unlock, please bring us a solution in the new update...
