Just flash m620xehe3 , trick repair mode and ffs format, then rebuild IMEI . :D

thanx guys sorted it out managed to read eprom from working phone.but if imei 000000000000 then otp zone must be repaired first and s/n entered from sticker on back of phone.

try usb flash
 

press* + power on and plug usb cable than try read eeprom

you must select samsung usb mobile port which port connected select same port ust pro
