Need boot files for A411

u need to write boot files first before pathing flash
but where where boot files for A411 and how to do...

GOOD LOCK

but I get always error :
ERR_UNKNOW_ACK
Every want flashing.


ERR_UNKNOW_ACK what the mean...
I use cable V804ss rj45+usb

thanks sir..but I can't download at support area.
download always disconeted...

realy very confuse....after write A411 bootfiles with fastmultyloader v5.30
but I always get error when flashing with ustpro.
as before, I get error:
ERR_UNKNOW_ACK
