Cannot install ustpro 2 - GSM-Forum

I received my UST pro2 three days ago, and still i cant get it working.
I tried 4 different pcs, also tried both xp and win2000, but no luck

When installing it seems to find the smartcard drivers, but then it asks for the usd <-> serial drivers. This is where the problem starts.
These drivers are not in the ust2 drivers dir.

Can anyone help me solve this problem

Are you installing it as it says on insallation pdf file? drivers first, and then box when requested?. Have you made sure you have no other schlumberger hardware connected during installation.

Yes i did follow all the instruction in the pdf.
I tried the same instructions on 4 different pc 2 windows 2000, and 2 windows xp.
all 4 resulting in the same problem cannot find usb<->serial driver
I contacted ustpro team, and all they say is that the drivers is in the drivers dir, but i windows cant seem to find it, and manualy i cant either

What is the problem ???

Pleas help

install this and setup first (reader_drivers_2kxp_manual) you 'll get this from support

after this connect your box to pc and catch your drive from
x/program-files /ust/driver

yes this was the first driver package it tried, but it didnt work.
Which inf is the one for the usb<-> serial driver ??
