HI EVERYONE,.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

GOT BOX TODAY

INSTALLED ON MY NEW COMPUTER

ANY WHEN I open ust pro2 software it said ERRO-15 BOX DETECTION FAILED!SMART CARD NOT FOUND

any one have idear?

tried disconnected and connected still same.

First Uninstall Then Reinstall And Check Wat Comports U R Using

If the problems remains?
Try to re-solder all the cct, clean it by alchahol and heat normally by hot air gun.
Still the same conditions?

Contact the retailler to replace the smart card.
Nb. I solved my box 'smart card not found ' problem like this way.
