Well here is one of new models going around my country, i guess others must know this phone is their country, hope this help.

For E236 unlock follow this Steps:

Select E250 model,
using D800 cable,
press on use new algorithm (Type 1),
then should read codes .

Tested by me and working 100%

Get stocked on Phase- 2 "setting sysol test mode" , and aint move on.
I understand that the phone not enter TAT mode, but there is some reasons for this.

PS. choosed e250, new algorithm type1, and did read codes.

hi man why when i read codes after that i power on the fone and put other sim and try to enter nck code
it say wrong code, all the time the only how i can to do is change imei.

thank for anyone for any help.

i have an E236 from telcel mexico, i can read the code but no way to put on the phone. i flash the phone whit the full flash from support now phone is looping what can i do to fix the problem? i ve flash the eeprom also. phone steel looping turn on and restart. what can i do. any idea?

works for repair imei:

1. choose "e250" model and "use new algorithm"
2. you must power on your phone before connect
3. turn off your phone and quickly click on repair imei
4. phone get power off and program begin to work

this prure is not working on e236 from telcel mexico as long as this phone do not accept to input the code.

i also flash the phone and now is dead,
