Z370 how to unlock?

How to unlock Z370? Cable from Z400 don't work. Windows detect modem on Com prot 6 in my PC, but software don't detect phone:( Please help

i have the same.... problem is in soft i think..... i post week ago the same problem but no answer...:( :( :(

First instal driver for him,than select Z650 and than try with D800 cable and power on phone.
