hello. I'm trying to unlock zv40 and always get Error_5.

Control panel >> modem settings>>> Advance >> advance port settings?>> change ur port number less then ust comport
press ok and restart ur pc

Use RJ45 & Usb cable wait few moment for driver seting
than power on phone
finaly DERECT UNLOCK
