i get update from server martech

a get a activation key .after load activation my martech dead not work and i have this error
'' you have not activated (siemens service tool ) soft in your boxII device
please contact martech team

help me martech team

contact me on private and send read device data by using siem 14.7.

are you sure you have BOX II Plus to run this BQ ?
