which company has the best support

i would like to know different views , about the companies who have the best support for there customers . cos these days many cheaters comming across

please recommend ?????

Very difficult question i must say , the good answers are most likely to come from the new customers as , the support is usually good at the stage. But after sometime you now start to wonder if it was thesame guy you dealt with all the while.

But good guys i have met during my trip so far.

Completegsm......Respect Sha
Networkunlock....Good guy always willing to talk.
Multicom ........heard so much but no personal dealings.

Julivir, this man will wake up from his sleep to give you support to his best,anytime.
Victor ...Good guy and good support.

Like i said these are just my opimion , i stand to be corrected as the case may be.

Some other nice guys i miay not remember right now.

No man that sells ISW come on author send the updates .

well what i see arround the globe many companies but very few takecare about there customers , a few good companies i have been dealing with are listed below :
1. griffin team ........... best excellent support and very under standing team
2. victor ................... good support
3. jic electronics ......... good support
4. completegsm........... good people to deal with
5. UFS ..................... just OK
6. VSH ...................... careless about customers
7. Alex ....................... always trying to help
8. multicom ................. good to deal with but no online support

well dont wanna discuss cheaters in this sections but u guys can give your comments the compaines you have been dealing and there support .

Well in my experience past and present heres my opinion with marks out of 10

1 - VictorGSM - Scream all you want about him charging for logs, he has
the Axxx series solution and his support is 2nd to none, his
actions prove that he is looking after his customers interests
as well as his owns, and the software is absolutely brilliant,
best money i've spent so far - 8.5/10 :D

2 - Delok - You recieve an e-mail everytime an update is released,
I needed my dongle updated the other day for his new
release and within 1 hour of my e-mailing him the file was
back with me, very good support - 8/10 :D

3 - UST Pro - OK they had probs with there software recently but he
was working hard for a solution and when it did come is was
worth it, very nice software with very nice support.
- 7/10 ;)

4 - UFS - Not too bad but could be better, nice box tho but they
need to sort the interface oif the program, its all over
the place - 5.5/10 :)

5 - Lurker - Only had 1 problem with this dongle concerning cables
and Wray was about as much use as a Chocolate fireguard
Never answered any of my e-mails or questions on this
forum, overall good program tho - 4.5/10 :p

6 - Griffin Team - Only interested in seeing how much cash they can drain
out of there customes, they charge for CRD then charge
you again to add GX20 and then try and charge you again
for C62, basically thats the only 2 times they have updated
program, they also charge you for Crusader then never
update it, the nokia part is ok so thats the only reason
these guys beat Alex GSM and Div - 3.5/10 :eek:

7 - Alex GSM - Wouldnt buy another of his products, overpriced and about
the worst quality build you can get, basically they barely
work there that bad, there is no support full stop from
him - 2.5/10 :(

8 - Div - Well enough said about this solution, its a joke from the
greediest man in the business, he releases div 8.0 and all
previous div owners got shut out, mans a joke, avoid any of
his solutions - 0.5/10 :mad:

As for companies

1 - Sam - Fone Doctor - Great bloke, whenever I have a problem he's there
immediately, would have no worries sending him
any amount of cash, 100% trustable - 9.5/10 :D

1 - Sha - CompleteGSM - Again great guys there, never had any probs with
them whatsoever, when I did have a problem with
anything they either sent a replacement or had it
repaired immediately, again 100% trustable -
9.5/10 :D

3 - Daniel Mocirain - Hope I spelt your name right m8, this guy really
does look after his customers, I'm very happy
to have dealt with him and hope to continue
doing so in the future - 9/10 :D

4 - Network Unlock - Great bloke who done me a fantastic deal on my
UST Pro, he was far cheaper than anyone else for
UST Pro at the time, 100% trustable - 8.5/10 :D

5 - Digitalrise - Ordered equipment from these guys to the value of
£1000, couldnt have been happier with there
service and support - 8/10 ;)

6 - JIC Electronics - Ordered a couple of things from these guys, no
problems with the support or service, but whenever
i rang to see if they had any soldering tips for my
rework station they were always out of stock, had
to get em from elsewhere - 7/10 :)

7 - Irwebonline - Order from these once in a blue moon for cables
only problem with them is when there out of stock
they dont tell you, you find out cause nothing
arrives - 5/10 :eek:

8 - Source - OK we have patched up now and we are talking
but sorry I have to give my opinion, he is ok and
has promised me that we will come to a solution
and I do believe, pointless me saying anything
else as you all know the sorry, i've had a bad
experience with him so thats why i've given him
the mark i have but many would give him 10/10
for what i have heard - 4/10 :(

9 - TTS Telecom - Avoid these fraudsters at all costs, I rang them
and asked them at least 3 times if there Sagem
Code Readers where original and each time they
said yes, imagine my surprise when they turned up
with 10.1 so I e-mailed them asking if they could
send me 12.1, they said it wouldn't work, so I
asked how the hell i could unlock the myc2 like
they advertise it does all over there website and
they said it was a typo error, got told by people
I had more chance of sh***ng britney spears
than getting me money back so i left it -
2/10 :mad:
