help using usb redirector technician edition 1.9.7 - GSM-Forum

result that i am having issue with usb redirector technician edition i have look on google but nothing even on official web site, i cant found how to solve these issue it say that device is not plugged now when the device really is plugged, i tried in two diferents pcs with diferent windows 7 and 10 and nothing,
