Dhrusoft - GSM-Forum

Can we start an "un official" dhru support section on this forum somewhere??

Some simple things with them are too difficult to fix..

I am pretty sure there are 100's of people / companies that use dhrusoft here with a lot of expertise in using / fixing their dhrusoft installations (FUSION). Even tweaking them for performance / security issues etc.

Maybe we can share our tips / tricks etc here.

Any idea which sections would be good to do that?? MODS?

This is a great idea however I am sure dhru will decline such section up and running here.
Most of the fusion owners does have bugs waiting for fixes for months even years including me. Their support response at times is ridiculous as well. If everyone start posting bugs and errors we will flood the forum, their reputation will be ruined and they will lose business

So I wish we could start such sections but am 100% sure they will refuse to provide support or to answer here.

My idea was that we can help each other... i am sure most of the problems are not impossible to fix on our own..

He Cant accept

............ since he has his Own support section He decides when to respond, who to respond first, fast, etc

My experience is so far positive... just that my issues are not solved..

Sorry for hijacking this thread but dont know were else to go..
Just bought fusion and have not received any info on were i get the files from to set up my server.
Got the licence key from my client area but not received any other info apart from a blank email titled DHRU Fusion Access details.
Can anyone please tell me whats supposed to happen now?

ok had an email from support saying i need to send them some photo id before i can have script due to fraud from uk is this normal?

Supports area for web/software products area paid ones, not available on simple request.
