Hi all, I am in the business of renting properties for short term on airbnb and vrbo. Now I have the opportunity to do another business and would like to know ways to save time on this. After all, renting out a place takes up quite a bit of my time.

Try to find someone you trust and can trust them with some of the work, such as correspondence with guests, or their reception. I made that arrangement with my brother.
