Paypal Users, need help


dear sallers that use Paypal,

what to say, after taking codes customer has open dispute on that transection. i got all the evidence of sending codes in my mail to buyer mail. but the problem is when i try to report these evidence from resolation center i got an error when i click on "Resolve claim now". u can see the attatchment for the error. i have mailed to paypal allready but still didnt get any response from them. and still the status of that claim is "Waiting for Seller's Response"

now please tell me how can i response paypal. coz i have tried the both way. and after all i contact with my customer and he apologize for this and said he dont know wheres the problem and he says he also mailed paypal to withdrow the problem. i m confused coz that customer also sent another 230$ to my account today for some more codes.

i know saller who use paypal got this kinda problems oftenly. please tell me what to do on this situation??

It seems You got there some probs with cookies. Try to clean them out and log in again.

Just checked paypal, for me resolution center works fine, i can open old disputes (no any new these days, lol).

Maybe you just need to wait day or two ?

make some account activate by changing passwort/adress or email then your account will be activated and errors must be fixed

since there are only a few people here who are trying to help you, why don't you just contact paypal's staff? paypal help and support staff? just mail them and they will solve your problem as soon as possible.
