Hello,

I have a very urgent matter. I have a sim card, a prepaid in the network Three from Great Britain, I am now in the Philippines for two weeks, everything was fine with my phone until Friday (2 days ago). No one can call me, I can not answer and send text massages. But I can make calls. I would like to add that I have an active roaming. My handset is iphone8, I have reset all settings, I have to change phone SIM to another phone. I've done all the configuration. It still does not work. I was at GLOBE local carrier, they also did not help. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? It is a very important phone number, a company number. I must be able to answer calls. Thank you for any response.
