Whay gsm site always down?

Hi gsm forum team i m from new zealand and i found for 1 week always site is down some time work fo 5 minut then stop for 1 week this happing .
Plz solve this

u have a bad internet conection!! upgrade speed and al will be ok im sure

I have the same problem,but for me 1day work fine and onether didn´t work. I have a 10M download and 640K upload.What speed i need for work fine?

its not bad internet connection my interned speed is 600k its web site having probllm al rning dont work eveing time works
