C902 death after write GDFS - GSM-Forum

Hello
I try write GDFS to my C902 and now is death. Can't unlock/repair and can't write full flash now. How repair this phone?

--- Unlock and Repair----------------------------------------------------------
User selected phone C902 using DCU60 boot mode
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Hold <2>+<5> buttons and connect the phone to DCU60 cable.
Boot Responce = 7A
Processor ID = C9000401FFFFFFFF (DB3150)
Booting via SEMCBOOT ...
EROM Color (BOOT) = 4 : RED
EROM CID (BOOT) = 52
OTP IMEI = 353626-03-653772-3
Error : Invalid boot method. Plese boot holding <2>+<5>
Error : #31B0:003C03F9
Error : Failed.

I attach all my logs from software. Dreambox team can You help me?

Thanks for complete log.
Please do all operations by holding <2>+<5> instead of <C> button.
Only few operations works well with <C> button too.

But problem is I hold 2 + 5 and this not work. Before write GDFS I can connect by press 2 + 5. Now this not work. When I flash By press C in setool phone detect and flash. But by pres 2 + 5 is problem now.

DBSS show booting via SEMCBOOT :

Check phone keyboard.
If you press <2>+<5> simultaneously DBSS will show :
