i buy the code then i activate and update firmware, all done.

but after that my box dont works.
showme this error:
Error : #31A0:00060A5D
Error : #31A0:004D0055
Error : #31A0:004D008B
Error : Failed.
wen i do any operation.

i have the same problem with w302 phone same error i think box dont support your flash phone id too. patch work but full unlock with TP not. hope will be fixed by team.

This part of log is not enough to determine the problem.
Please post full log of your operation.

Please use latest version of DBSS. Previous version may not work with new box firmware.

can not unlock via test point after firmware update
tried every software version from 3.25(worked perfect) to 3.27
if i try to make unlock via test point after a good teast point it show: working and nothing
just buzzing and frozen; tested on t280, t303, k330... onseveral computers

here is the log: --- Unlock by Patch -----------------------------------------------------------
User selected phone T280 using Test Point boot mode
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Reconnect phone battery or connect power hook.
3) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
4) If booting does not start, reconnect phone cable.

Probably your problem is in power hook connection (connected or temporary shorted to ground, etc ...) . Please check power hook and use only LATEST version of DBSS. There is no possibility to downgrade firmware in box. We not support old versions of DBSS to work corectly with latest firmware. It is highly recommended to use latest DBSS version and latest firmware.

I am having same issue, i updated today to 3.27 and updated box FW, and there is no way i can unlock one piece T303 via TP after that.

I do unlock procedure, all goes fine until the point when i need to connect TP needle. When i connect TP, it will keep on "WORKING" state showing TP picture, and will do nothing unless i hit ABORT button (which will show error, of course). I am using microscope and had more than 30 tries, so im quite sure i am doing it well.

I can post all information u need later. Let me know if you want me to post any.

You can unlock via patch without problem, but TP still not tested with a "fix". I had to return phone to customer...

Anyway, GSM Dream is working on it, and should be smth done soon. I already got my eye on another phone for testing.
