Plz Add "go Support" Button
 

Dear supporters;
Since lot's of guys like have problem logging into support(over 2 weeks) i'm sure adding simple "Go Support" will help us alot downloading needed firmwares.I'm really angry with this coz can't get needed files. :mad:

Please, describe your problem. Why can not you login into www.boot-loader.com? Every user of DreamBox can get access to our support section.

I do all settings in my IE7,install the required plugin and press LOGIN while it detects my deambox SN.It shows a page and all the time says LOADING,just this:

but you are not going for more userfrndly and easy way by support button??what is actuall problm in this???
all pther boxes are doing this easy way now

I need to login,even registered with another ID and still get the folloing when try to login.


Just shows LOADING and nothing else,
For G O D sake help me.

Please, contact with info(a)boot-loader.com. Write him your nickname at www.boot-loader.com, serial number of your box and describe your problem.

Even i tried on another PC with IE6 but still the same,ok i'll contact him for more help.

Maybe they (Dreambox supporters) are afraid of security matters,anyway they tend to make it easier to login to support area.
