please check this Stage 1 started
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 8040030101010101 (DB2012 R3A)
NOR Flash ID = 897E
OTP Status = LOCKED
OTP IMEI = 357354-01-729304-4
OTP CID = 51
EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 52
Hint : Now the probe might be disconnected
Processing ...
Stage 1 completed succesfully
Stage 2 start
Hint : Now the probe might be disconnected
Processing... | now phone is dead cant power off
when read it read and cid turn 51 is urgent have two phones dead

I think you disconnect probe too early.
Try to do Stage 2 again.

some times in w200 when the points of the cpu,which are to be touched,short each other which cause for dead the phone... so clean and make them with needle your phone will alive.....
