I often get this error.
Hint : Now the probe might be disconnected
Processing ...
Stage 1 completed succesfully
Stage 2 start
Hint : Now the probe might be disconnected
Error : Failed.

Hi SmartFlasher™!
Please, check the pin. Testpoint for Stage 1 and for Stage 2 are different!
It is more easy for us to help you, if we know a model of the phone at least.

It is K320.1st i connect pin 27 done,2nd i connect pin 37 ....failed
I suspect it is dreambox hardware V1.1 problem.

My Brother K320 is not Supported at the moment.. some user tried and perform their work...........
for you i will say perform a good TP you r trying a bad TP
