Where did you see that your phone is a CID50 ????

that is the mesage i recieve when i make phone info & do test point with dreambox m8

You asked is w810 CID50 is supported, and yes, it supported with Dreambox, but the phone you have is a CID49 no 50 (like it's clear on the log you posted), so it's not supported by Dreambox.

ok it is cid 49 but why i get that mesage? can you explain why? that is the log from dreambox

It's not supported by dream box,you can flash or unlock it with setool,cruiser,mt SE...........

this phone is dead when it came to me.i have flash it with setool but gdf error.so i was trying to repair it with drembox.

You can't repair it with dream box cause it's not supported yet try to flash it with mt se if you have it with w810i flash all in one

thanks bro problem solve i just flash it with setool again now phone is working fine.coz before when i flash this unit with setool i get error.now it is ok i just use usb cable to flash the phone
