8360 unlocked but looses 2g reception for 5 secs - GSM-Forum

Hi, I unlocked 2 8360's but they both loose reception for 5 secs on t-mobile uk and o2 uk ( havent checked with other sims) and then it comes back. I flashed latest v10e uk soft but still the same.

any suggestions.

Try make a master reset --> *6*41*12##

tried entering that code, but nothing happens. With or without sim.

Ser I confirm the code for master reset I gave You. The only doubt maybe for Firmware version, mine is 10b. Chack Yours .If it's do and You don't find nothing else You can unpgrade to v10b by flashing then read codes.
