Big HELP needed! Cant do anything w my Zulea dongle

First, i cant get into the support area.
I downloaded the maintenance software from usb-smart.com and ran the software and clicked on "go to support area" but nothing happens!
It can read the info out from my dongle, where it said "Smartcard not updated" along with my dongle serial number and type.

Second, tried to unlock my SE K750i and no success after more than 10 times of trying. I used the coin sized 3v CR2032 battery as for the external power (i did make sure the crocodile clips were in contact with the battery according to the polarity) and followed the intructions step by step to perform the unlocking. And all i got was that "the power is not on". I also had tried taken out the battery and put it in after click on the "do selected job" and same result obtained.

Very frustrated at the moment, i 've read some threads saying that the cable can be modified and can perform unlocking without external power. I really wish to try that but i got no soldering equipment. If possible, please advise if there is any other solution without modifying the cable.

Please help if you know how to solve some of these problems.
