i think its hardware problem. make sure all pcb keypad are clean. use alcohol to clean.. maybe u have to dismantle joystick firt than check if without joystick keypad work or not. post your result..

check software too..nothing to lose right? just make sure not software problem.. flash again use cruiser. but i think maybe cpu or joystick
