V600 -> K600

Hi,

I've flashed a V600 (CID49) with K600 MAIN+FS (CID49 flash files) and also K600 GDFS with complete phone selected.
Now when I start phone it freezes.
Can anyone help?

Just clear sp locks and it will work fine.. if not try to reflash it and complete phone AND Clear splocks befor Power it on

Did all that (with ver 8.1) and it solved freezing issue, but a new issue came up - 4 locks (or 6 in my case) closed! Tried re-flashing/unlocking and not it hangs at "Please wait..." - WTF!? I downloaded latest version (8.2) and tried same procedure - same result!

Now I will crack open this phone and try the TP method to flash EROM and hope it helps...

Hang on Please Wait is because your phone is on 4 locks.
For 4 locks you have to make Repair, Rebuild SP, and not need to open phone with v8.2

We should really need a clear guide for different situations together with pictures how to open different phones etc...!

You not need this, you just need to read THIS forum and use SEARCH button (and NOT be lazy). This problem was discussed in more threads. Easy.

I actually DID search and read a lot of threads about this problem, but if you read these threads in detail you'll see that nobody says that you need to rebuild SP area after GDFS flash! Not even in your guide actually.
In my prevoius answer I was referring to your guide (current v1.1) that it should contain a lot more information than it does (TP pictures, opening instructions, better categories etc.), in PDF format and hopefully with correct english.
