Check ur folder where u have unpacked SEMC Tool v3.0 and remove NTPORTIO sys file, and check again, i bet its working then.

Released SEMC Tool v3.1 - corrected read MAIN flash length on K600/K608/V600

Here with my 3 pcs. Twister (not UFS) works very well under Win-XP SP2.
Check if you have installed latest drivers.

Yes, all operations, unlock, read codes, write flash, write FS, write EEPROM, write EROM, debrand, read flash, recover certificate. And all WITHOUT any testpoint or open the phone. Also don't need any other 'preliminary' operations (like other tools, attach, convert to Brown, bla, bla, ...), ALL is done automaticaly just by pressing ONE BUTTON
