Send me this file for HWK (who is an MORE EXPENSIVE tool, and supposed to have good support) and you will have converted for USB-Smart.

Unfortunately, HWK not even have ONE file for K750 R1N035 ... So, the files who is available in USB-Smart support is more than nothing, enjoy it

I boot the USBSmart dongle
and after downloaded on the support page
tried to open the softwares but they sad dongle not found.
As I am new on the useing the USBSmart
can you give me help please?

better is make a fs readout from a free phone with EU1 .. and send to you!
or customise my phone and than make a readout..
what do you say ?

Not enough info in your screenshoot!
From this can get ONLY Flash CID (who is 49) but I am 99% sure OTP CID is 36 (because only in this way TMS can read Flash CID).

And if OTP CID is still 36, there is NOT any problem.

of cause i followed the instructions and when i launch the ussaccess_v10, it read my serial number but when i hit go to support, it says after few seconds "usb smart get password error" what is the problem with this kind of box? @Zulea, please make things easier for us!

Switch phone ON
Get phone info
ERROR: 305015

Does anybody know how i can unlock this phone?
