i sharp 802 i wanna unlock it but i unlock it with usb-smart

Switch phone on....
Get phone info
OPT CID: 24
Phone IMEI : 350*********
FLASH ID : BOOB
Send application......
UNLOCK SP ...
UNLOCK OK

when i insert sim still same condition SIM-MEP

now it's problem on/off reason i unlock it with USB-SMAT?????

flash the phone sir. then, unlock it again.
