Hi, you have a CID 49 K750 and i dont think they have a CID 49 W800 flash as of yet in the support area.

flash it back to CID 49 K750 to fix.

First of all your k750 is cid49, but you trying to write in w800 cid36 files...
(Aarons6 one post ahead is absolutely right...)
and second , i m not a big expert on asia/pacific langpacks and customisation, but i think that CHINA and APAC is not the same..

but my reseller say can convert i try many times with cid36 w800 also can't.but i flash to k750 cid 49 it can work normal

Mate, u cannot downgrade the OTP CID from CID-49 to CID-36. U can flash or convert the phone with the same CID. To convert a K750i CID-49, u need to wait for the release of W800i CID-49 files.

k750i cid49 to w800i cid 36

change certificate to cid 36
flash fw,fs and gdfs. fon works fine.

ive tested it. 100percent sure!!!!!!!!!!!!
